Paintball is an activity considered a sport, the essence of which is a battle of teams or individuals against each other using weapons with the aim of hitting an opponent projectiles filled with paint. Such weapons are used so. markers powered by compressed air.
Paintball originated in the 80s of the 20th century in the United States (New Hampshire). Originally, the game used oil paints for marking livestock. Only later they were replaced with non-toxic, biodegradable, water soluble mineral colors.
This sport is now professionally organized, has its competitions, leagues and championships. Its variations are used in the exercises by armed forces. Paintball can be played in the woods, field or building.
Paintball Dúbrava began in 2010 precisely 1 June 2010, since when the field was replaced by our more than 25 teams.
When choosing a location, we take account especially suitable for scenery, which is derived from the gaming experience. Our goal was to place the field in forest areas where paintball military clearly is, but our goal was also the fact that the players on the field had several good opportunities to attack, defense and strategic planning, which we have succeeded thanks to the fact that the forest in which Course is built really uneventful, but on the contrary - there are also older, ie thicker trees that also serve as barriers, but there is also a variety of shrubs, taller, darker places in thickets, ditches and trenches, deep stream, and other natural creations. During the construction of barriers we used only natural materials to nepretvárali forest. Lovers of forest areas will certainly come into their own.
